Cottage details
The cottage is a listed building – it was converted from an old dairy – so we have been limited in terms of what has been possible.
There are two entrance doors both with a width of more than 80 cm with 5cm threshold plates. From the outside one has two steps up into the kitchen and the other has a ramp into the sitting room. The same key operates both.
The main living area, kitchen hall and utility with a loo is on one level with no thresholds between different areas. From the hall there is a staircase with standard steps to the first floor. Both bedrooms, the bathroom and a second loo are on the first floor. The bathroom has a standard bath with shower over All light switches are standard height (approx 1.2m from the floor).
